Ford execs figure customers will be able to get up close and personal with the 2024 Mustang in the summer of 2023. They’re pretty excited to show off new changes to the seventh generation internal combustion engine Ford Mustang muscle car.

Rule The Road With 2024 Ford Mustang Horsepower

The thrilling, all-new 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse™ model features the highest horsepower ever seen in the Mustang lineup. It’s turning heads with its 480 hp 5.0-liter Coyote™ V8 engine, rear wheel drive, and your choice of a 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission

The new Mustang will also introduce a turbocharged 330 horsepower 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine. Both the V8 and EcoBoost models will offer a Premium upgrade and an available Performance Pack (plus the Dark Horse trim).

All-New Mustang Performance Features

Ford engineers made the phrase ‘taking the Mustang for a spin’ literal with the exiting new available electronic Drift Brake. A Class-First, the easy-to-use Drift Brake lever allows the driver to perform the exhilerating drift manuever in a much safer, more controlled manner.

Another unique feature of the new Mustang is its key fob. It not not only lets the owner start the vehicle remotely, but lets you rev the Mustang engine simply using the key fob. The 2024 Mustang will also feature a flat-bottom, high-performance steering wheel that will allow for precise, race-car-style control on turns and corners.
