Matt and Gary are the definition of customer service. Matt ran every possible scenario to get me to a price point I was confident with for a new Ford Bronco. While Gary hand delivered the vehicle to my house to test drive, give a full car rundown, and finalize paperwork. The service advisor Lucia Thomas was very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process of my repairs. Had couple items taken care of while in the shop which totaled $2200.00 and some change. One item that showed a complete lack of professionalism was a simple tire rotate. Technician rotated tires and is very obvious that they never checked tire pressure as the rear tires that were set to 70psi were now on the front and front tires that measured 52psi were now on the back resulting in a low tire pressure alarm. Lindsey Warner was our point of contact when we brought our Ford Fusion in for recall work. We had a good experience and she communicated by text to let us know the status of our car. However, I would recommend that when texting she identifies her name so we knew who to ask for when we called to check on status. I believe the service department did very good job. Scott, the service writer. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work was done correctly and so far so good. I had thoughts of going to a non-dealership to get my service done but the only reason I came there is because of the points I have that gave me money off of my service. We were shopping when our car would not start. After we were able to start going again we immediately drove to our dealer, Al Spitzer Ford. Mr. Urbas was able to take care of us without an appointment. The service department was able to diagnose our problem. They installed new battery. They also were able to do an oil change, which would have been needed later in the month and also replace the rear tires. We waited while the job was completed. Great staff and excellent service.

We came in to look at a used truck, it was not what we wanted. The salesman listened to what we were looking for, and said he would give me a call. He had 1 more idea, a low mileage truck on the lot - it was more money. We agreed to look, it was perfect. A year later, very happy with our purchase and the service.

Couldn't have been better... Lucia Thomas processed me in efficiently & pointed me to the lobby's waiting room while the work was done. I had my book, a Soft Chair, & the TV. If onl;y there were coffee pods available for the coffeemaker, I might still be there, idling away. The work was performed in less time that I expected. I recently retired from 50 years in the customer service business (not auto service - my trade is electronics). I know good service when I see it - and This Was !
