Well I was under the impression that when I bought my car I had to free oil changes. I wasn't told that it was from a year of purchase. When I called and showed up I mentioned it being my last free oil change. I wasn't corrected. Then after waiting over 2 hours for an oil change I was then charged for it. I wasn't told that given a small discount but I wasn't expecting to pay so I had a 3% fee. The crazy 2hr oil change made me late for a co workers retirement ceremony.
I had a recall notice and they took care of it quickly and effortlessly.

The dealership was like most dealerships. They are trying to serve their customers and themselves. I thought the experience was a quality one and the people were friendly. I believe they made the buying experience good. Time wise I wish it could have been quicker but we all know that there is only so much we can do when so many departments are involved. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Spitzer Ford and would do so again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Zero follow up, complete lack of professionalism, and a front desk employee who was rude, uninformed, and unable to provide even basic, accurate information about my vehicle's status. Communication was nonexistent. Management didn't improve things - instead, they added passive-aggressive attitudes on top of already terrible service. This place is disorganized, poorly led, and clearly lacks accountability. I had an excellent experience with this service from start to finish. I scheduled my car to be picked up for an oil change right from my work location, and the entire process was seamless.

Brought Ford F-150 Hybrid in for a recall service on faulty trailer module communication. Technician repaired expititiously at no cost. He also found faulty battery and replaced and reprogrammed all software properly. Very happy with the service, courtesy and professionalism.
My experience is good, but when they are finished, they don't put the options on my dashboard right back to where they were and I have to ask them to do that

Good over all, but service writer did not address the concerns i had about the transmission when in sport mode and i feel the answer he did give me was poor at best. Other than that vehicle is good and time was on point with what i was told

Stopped by for oil change and tire rotation. They were able to get me in as well as give me a ride to grab lunch while I waited.

They answered all of my questions and were transparent during the breakdown of cost when asked questions. My vehicle was on stop sale when I bought it due to the screens on recall, Darryl kept me updated a few times a week on an estimated time for my vehicle to be ready. Great communication.
