Well I was under the impression that when I bought my car
Well I was under the impression that when I bought my car I had to free oil changes. I wasn't told that it was from a year of purchase. When I called and showed up I mentioned it being my last free oil change. I wasn't corrected. Then after waiting over 2 hours for an oil change I was then charged for it. I wasn't told that given a small discount but I wasn't expecting to pay so I had a 3% fee. The crazy 2hr oil change made me late for a co workers retirement ceremony.

My vehicle was on stop sale when I bought it due to the screens on recall, Darryl kept me updated a few times a week on an estimated time for my vehicle to be ready. Great communication.

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Zero follow up, complete lack of professionalism, and a front desk employee who was rude, uninformed, and unable to provide even basic, accurate information about my vehicle's status. Communication was nonexistent. Management didn't improve things - instead, they added passive-aggressive attitudes on top of already terrible service. This place is disorganized, poorly led, and clearly lacks accountability. I've been using Ford service departments since purchasing my vehicle in 2012, across multiple states, and this is - by far - the worst Ford service group I have ever dealt with. 0 stars across the board! I will never return and would strongly caution others to take their business elsewhere. This operation needs entirely new leadership.

I just purchased my second car Spitzer and I will never do it again. I work with Darryl (salesman), great guy and the best! Their service department where I had all my work done is fantastic! But….. the financing side is extremely shady and will screw you. They told my wife and I when she was purchasing her car from there Navy Fed was black listed and there was no way they could use them and had to go through them. And after I went through great lengths of arguments and threats they decided to use them which saved me over 2k over 1 full point. The financial department clearly was trying to take advantage of my wife while I wasn’t there and I will never do business with them again and I suggest you don’t either.

Bought a used truck and I felt there was something wrong
Bought a used truck and I felt there was something wrong with the brakes. They replaced rear rotors and pads and cleaned front brakes without any hassle at all. Lindsay kept me informed of the progress I also need to add about my sales experience: I was in a lease that was going to expire in a few months. I decided that I no longer wanted to lease and was looking for a good used truck. I found a certified F-150 at Spitzer Ford in the Falls. I was able to get out of my lease early. Patrick made the whole process flawless! He worked out a fair deal and guided me through the lease termination process. He even contacted lease company and set up to have the leased truck to be picked up at Spitzer. Great guy with great integrity - easy to deal with! The salesman, Darryl Williams was a great guy. He was very nice and very helpful. Darryl went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I stopped in the store to look at a used lariat that I saw on Autotrader (I was actually on my way to another dealer to buy a truck I had already looked at). I looked at it but wanted to see it cleaned a little better. I told Darryl that I would like to see it cleaner and if he could get that done, I will come back and take another look. Well, he got it cleaned up and I came back and bought it. Darryl told me to contact him if I have any questions or need help with anything. I found him to be true to his word. I used that offer a few times :). Thanks Patrick and Darryl for the 5 star service!

I prefer bullet points. 1) we purchased this truck And an Assurant extended care warranty from this location. 2) At the time of purchase, the finance person messed up our loan and put us with the wrong bank. They had to switch it the following week. 3) When we came in for the service issue, Cory could not find our warranty info and input everything incorrectly. Scott had to straighten this out when we arrived. 4) They repaired one issue that was covered by the warranty. 5) They Charged us $196 after quoting $180 to repair a second issue that is a known correction for this year of vehicle. (Update pcm) In fact, there was a class action lawsuit related to this issue in this truck. 5B) You would think this would have been done before they sold us the truck! And if not, this would’ve been a free service, again because it is a known prior issue that led to a lawsuit! 6) The issue related to the PCM leads the truck to burn oil. Ours is burning a quart of oil every 500 to 800 miles! 7) they included a shop charge of $19.60 without explanation. I don’t mind paying such things, but an understanding of what is to come would have been nice. 8) When we arrived for vehicle pick up and I questioned these issues Cory was no help. He seemed aggravated with my questions and sent me to the service manager. 9) The service manager explained, “it is, what it is” and I paid the bill. Not a good experience! 10) We own a family business, if my customers were treated this way, I would go ballistic!
