BLIS – (Blind Spot Information System)

BLIS works to eliminate lane-change anxiety by using radar technology to give you visual and audible cues of vehicles traveling alongside you. If you’re traveling with a trailer in tow, the system will still provide blind spot monitoring and can even accommodate for the length of your trailer.

Lane Keep Assist

Forward facing cameras identify your lane markings and will send audible and visual alerts if you begin to drift over your lane markings without using your signal. If you’ve drifted over the lines a few times, the lane keeping system will even display a coffee cup to let you know it’s time to get some rest.

Pre Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking

This feature of the Ford Co Pilot360 Assist suite prevents frontal collisions by using forward camera technology to identify vehicles and pedestrians. If you’re approaching an object too quickly, Pre Collision Assist will emit an audible and visual warning to garner your attention. If no action is taken, the system can engage Automatic Emergency Braking to prevent or minimize the effects of a collision.

Adaptive Cruise Control

Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control gives you peace of mind by not only automatically keeping a safe distance from vehicles ahead of you when set, but also recognizing speed signs. When turned on, the system can automatically adjust your speed as the speed limits change throughout your route – minimizing driver fatigue and maximizing safety.
